Altos de Tamarón Reserva

The vines that provide the raw material for this wine only produce 4 or 5 bunches, which gives an idea of ​​their quality. It is a powerful, broad and harmonious wine of a cherry red color with a medium layer ocher rim. After fermentation there is a post-fermentation maceration for 10 days and then 24 months in French and American oak barrels before bottling. Subsequently, the wine undergoes a 12-month bottle maturation period to complete its aging cycle.
